  • New clients covers the whole new client engagement process from first contact to the point the client confirms that they're ready to take your advice.
  • Onboarding covers every key touchpoint from that moment forward, including Strategy Blueprint session, Plan Presentation and client engagement and communications during the first 90 days.

Service is all about the way that you deliver your ongoing advisory services to clients, including:

  • Offer, which covers what's in your service proposition, how to position it, client retention, scoping service and working with clients who may fall outside "standard" service methodology.
  • Pricing, which includes designing a pricing model, analysing your current revenue base, pricing transition, profitability and pricing psychology,
  • Experience which covers journey mapping, financial coaching, the Review process, client communications and a lot more related to keeping clients engage, motivated and on the path.

Resource is about how the "machine" in behind makes it all happen.

  • Team covers hiring, performance management, team communication, outsourcing, delegation and a host of other elements related to working together.
