How to Use “AdviceOps Audit” (Feature Guide Example)

AdviceOps Audit

The AdviceOps Audit agent analyses your firm’s workflows using the Execution Engine™ Framework. It reviews your process maps or checklists, identifies inefficiencies and risks, and recommends improvements to streamline operations.

When to Use

Use this agent when you want to:

• Assess workflow quality across advice, implementation, or review functions.
• Identify bottlenecks, duplication, or compliance risks.
• Generate improvement recommendations automatically.

How It Works

1. From the AdviserOS dashboard, click AdviceOps Audit.

2. In the pop-up modal, review the short description.

3. Upload a PDF or Excel file containing your workflow or process map.

   ⚙️ Supported formats: PDF, XLS, XLSX (up to 20MB)

4. (Optional) Enter your Purpose – the ideal outcome of the audit (e.g., Streamline and remove double handling).

5. (Optional) Fill in Firm Profile – a short overview of your business.

6. Click Analyse.

Output

AdviserOS will:

• Evaluate process design and execution.
• Highlight risk areas and client experience issues.
• Suggest high-impact improvement opportunities.
