Managing Pipelines
Click Pipelines in the left menu to see your active and historical client opportunities.
Pipeline Summary
At the top, you’ll see:
- Engagement Fees – Total upfront fees earned and projected.
- Ongoing Fees – Annual recurring fees for ongoing clients.
- Avg. Turnaround – Average time to convert or complete a client file.
Active Pipeline Table
Each row represents an opportunity.
You can:
- Sort by Stage, Adviser, or Source.
- Use filters to narrow the view.
- Quickly see:
- Engagement & ongoing fees
- Client type (New / Existing)
- Referral source
- Estimated completion
🔍 Tip: Red text indicates overdue or delayed clients.
