Managing Pipelines

Click Pipelines in the left menu to see your active and historical client opportunities.

Pipeline Summary

At the top, you’ll see:

  • Engagement Fees – Total upfront fees earned and projected.
  • Ongoing Fees – Annual recurring fees for ongoing clients.
  • Avg. Turnaround – Average time to convert or complete a client file.

Active Pipeline Table

Each row represents an opportunity.
You can:

  • Sort by Stage, Adviser, or Source.
  • Use filters to narrow the view.
  • Quickly see:
    • Engagement & ongoing fees
    • Client type (New / Existing)
    • Referral source
    • Estimated completion

🔍 Tip: Red text indicates overdue or delayed clients.
