  • Thematic analysis of the conversation (opportunities, challenges, outcomes)
  • Direct feedback and coaching tips based on your transcript

The agent is built to go beyond simple keyword scanning—it deeply analyzes, structures, and breaks down your meeting content to give you actionable insights. It’s especially useful for professionals who want to improve their meeting skills, get coaching, or train others.

How to Use the Meeting Coach Agent

1. Prepare Your Meeting Transcript

Obtain the transcript of the meeting you want to review. Make sure to redact any personally identifiable information (names, addresses, etc.) to protect privacy.

2. Access the Meeting Coach Agent

Open the Meeting Coach agent in your platform. Note: This agent has access to the full DARE training library, including all modules, transcripts, and tools.

3. Submit Your Transcript for Analysis

Upload or paste your meeting transcript into the agent. Specify the type of meeting (e.g., review meeting).
