Key Metrics

| Priority Tasks | Support or development work that matters but can be optimised. |
| Handoff Tasks | Tasks that could be delegated or systemised. |
Time Breakdown Charts
- See how your week divides between Focus, Priority, and Handoff.
- The Priority Distribution Chart displays colour-coded bars by day:
- 🟩 Focus
- 🟦 Priority
- 🟥 Handoff
💡 Use these visuals to spot imbalances — e.g., too much red means too much time spent on tasks that could be delegated.
