How many of these could you do? How many should you do?

The honest answer is it does depend on how big the project is, how much time you put in and how quickly you implement.

Pricing for example is usually a meaty 2-4 month project. New service offerings can be done in 1-2 month. Rolling out a workflow system cantke literally a couple of weeks if you've got the right people.

If you want numbers though, most people tend to get through 3-9 transformation projects in a 12-month period.
