How to Read the Report
1. Handoff Summary
| Section | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Total Time Savings | Weekly time that could be freed by handing off these tasks. |
| Immediate Time Savings | Tasks already in handover (“Now” status). |
| Total Handoff Tasks | Number of tasks tagged as Handoff. |
🧭 Goal: Reduce at least 15–20% of your weekly hours from handoff tasks to rebalance your workload.
2. Task Table
Each row lists:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Task | The specific activity marked for handoff. |
| Status | Current handoff stage (Planned, Now, Done). |
| Weekly Hours | Time currently spent on the task. |
| Handover Plan | Notes outlining who or how the task will be transitioned. |
💡 Example:
- Workflow – 2.0h/week → “Give this to Jenn”
- Responding to simple client emails – 2.0h/week → “Process: Support Inbox”
Best Practices
- Always Save Snapshot before generating reports — this locks in the data used.
- Use both reports in quarterly planning sessions to track progress and realign responsibilities.
- Compare multiple snapshots to see how focus time and delegation evolve over time.
