These reports are automatically generated from your saved or snapshotted audits.

How to Generate

  2. Choose a saved audit snapshot.
  3. Click Task Analysis Report (PDF).

The report will download as a two-page PDF summarising your total workload, task mix, and time distribution.

How to Read the Report

1. Time Breakdown Analysis

At the top, you’ll see a summary panel showing:

Section Meaning
Total Role Capacity Total weekly hours worked (vs. 40-hour FTE baseline).
Focus Tasks High-value activities that align directly with your goals.
Priority Tasks Important but support-focused work that sustains operations.
Handoff Tasks Lower-value or repetitive activities suitable for delegation.

💡 Example: If your Total Role Capacity is 60.7 hours/week (152% FTE), you’re operating above sustainable capacity. Start by targeting Handoff tasks for delegation.

2. Task Analysis Summary

Displays total tasks and how they break down by category:

  • Focus Tasks – Your highest-leverage work.
  • Retain Tasks – Operationally necessary but not core to your growth.
  • Handoff Tasks – Candidates for delegation or automation.

3. Detailed Task Table

Lists every task with:

  • Frequency (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, etc.)
  • Estimated time per occurrence
  • Monthly time total
  • Assigned priority (Focus / Retain / Handoff)

🔍 Tip: Sort by “Monthly (hrs)” to identify which activities consume the most time.
