Using Snapshots

The Snapshots tab stores saved versions of your audits, perfect for tracking progress over time.

Saving & Restoring

  • Click Save Snapshot anytime in your audit.
  • Each snapshot shows:
    • Date
    • Number of tasks
    • Export and restore options

Reports

Export:

  • Task Analysis Report (PDF) – Breakdown of your time and focus.
  • Handoff Report (PDF) – Delegation plan with responsible persons.

📦 Use Snapshots quarterly to measure change and impact after role redesign.


Tips for Better Role Insights

  • Keep frequency estimates realistic — underestimation distorts analysis.
  • Group related micro-tasks (e.g., “email triage” rather than each individual email).
  • Use consistent naming across team audits for better comparisons.
  • Revisit priorities monthly — what was Focus six months ago may now be Handoff.
