What happens if I don't get results?

Let's take a moment to explore the ROI you could achieve from putting the program content into action in your business.

  • Conduct a pricing transition and, assuming like many firms you have a portion of your clients that are sub-profitable, lift your profit by 15%+ in 12 months from now with no additional increase in time or costs,
  • Free up two or more days of your time from admin and other low value tasks, through delegation, systemisation and tech.
  • Double your leadflow and the quality of those leads, whilst also increasing your conversion rate and reducing turnaround times. This little combination of four metrics is what we call the awesome foursome, which can double the profit outcome at the other end.

That's just four examples of many opportunities, but the question is about what if you don't get results, or specifically whether there's guarantee.

The guarantee I can give you is that in the first 30 days of working together, it looks like the program isn't for you, or the coaching relationship isn't working, I will refund your investment, you hand back the "keys" and that will be that.

Beyond that though, there are only a few things that will guarantee you get results.

If at any point during your program experience, it's not working for you there will be four things we may come together to analyse. This is the process I do to analyse any situation where the desired outcome isn't being achieved.

First thing to look at is Results. If you're measuring the outcome correctly and it's definitely not happening, we dive down a level.

If you're not getting the outcome, we look at Activity. Are you doing the work? Investing the time? Is it the right kind of work? Are you focused, or being distracted?

If you're honest and can put hand-on-heart and say the activity is there, the next level to look at is Skills. Is the approach you're taking the right one? Have you worked on the right modules? Are you using the tools correctly? Have you missed or skipped over some part of it that requires a little more mastery? This is where the program is designed to shortcut the learning process by months and even years.

In the unlikely event that we make it to the final level - you're not getting the result, doing the work and the way you're doing it is the way that works - then the final area to explore is Mindset. What's getting in the way? Is it perfectionism? Procrastination? Self-sabotage? A saboteur amonst the team where you need advocates? Are you lacking motivation, unclear on the end game, lacking clear purpose or simply not drawn toward the outcome? This may be a problem we can solve, or we may decide to call in someone with extra experience in this space.

And that's before we've even touched on the fact that what you work on during your time on the program isn't just designed to make it a great 12 momnths. This is stuff that will carry on adding value to your business long beyond our work together is done all the way until you decide to pass the business on to others or sell.

In other words, if we get as far as agreeing to work together, and you do the work, utilise the resources or support to help get "unstuck" along the way and you're motivated to achieve a specific outcome, then you'd have to do something truly extraordinary not to look back on your investment as one of the better ones made.
